The basic purpose of Child Care Resources, Inc., shall be to improve the quantity, quality, adequacy, and delivery of child care services to children and their families who are at risk. In furtherance of this purpose, the Corporation has the following  objectives.

1. To maintain and sustain a non-profit organization which shall provide programs, services, and delivery systems for young children and their families;

2. To establish a child care organization which will provide services to children of preschool age and their families;

3. To insure that sufficient financial resources are attracted to sustain a delivery system of educational, health, nutritional, and social services for children involved in the preschool age program (Head Start);

4. To receive, hold, manage, supervise, distribute, disburse, and dispose of funds for proper operation of child care services;

5. To act as a information base to perform such services which promote a better understanding and greater coordination of services between other agency groups and community services;

6. To exchange, disseminate information through printed or other media, and to actively invite participation in the organization;

7. To promote other acts and services which shall promote quality standards of care to providers, families, and children.
